Conviction Set Aside

There have been changes to the set aside laws in Michigan. Under the new Clean Slate Legislation, you may be eligible to have your conviction(s) set aside. Conviction set aside, also called expungement, is the process that removes your convictions from your public criminal record. This process is different for adult convictions and juvenile adjudications.
