Adult Recovery Court
A Recovery Court is a collaborative effort between the Criminal Justice system and Community Mental Health that strives to improve the quality of life for the individual, increase public safety, and reduce costs for the community.

Drug Treatment Court
Drug Treatment Court rebuilds lives by providing substance abuse treatment services to non-violent addicted offenders, thereby making our community safer and saving our community thousands of dollars through cost effective care instead of expensive and ineffective incarceration.

The Van Buren County Recovery Court is a 12-15 month program that involves intensive treatment, treatment planning, case management, wraparound services, medication review, family therapy, court review hearings, and referrals to ancillary service agencies.
