Board of Commissioners Chambers 219 E. Paw Paw Street - Second Floor Paw Paw, MI 49079
Change of Board Meeting Times
The Van Buren County Board of Commissioners have decided to swap the times of their Board of Commissioners (BOC) meeting and the Committee of the Whole meeting (COW). For the last few months the BOC has been held at 1:00 PM, followed immediately by the COW. The decision has been made to start with the Committee of the Whole at 1:00 PM, followed immediately by the Board of Commissioners. The reason for this change is because new items are discussed at the Committee of the Whole, requiring the person submitting their request to arrive early and wait through the BOC until their item comes up on the COW. We hope this change will shorten the wait. The meetings are still held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month. Contact [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns.
