The following projects were previously completed by the Building Authority:
- 1960--Current County Jail in downtown Paw Paw.
- 1968--Health Department Building at Hartford fairgrounds site.
- 1973--Courthouse Annex in downtown Paw Paw.
- 1989--Human Services Building East on Hazen Street in Paw Paw.
- 1989--Social Services Building at Hartford fairgrounds site.
- 1990--Human Services Building West; addition to and rename the 1968 Health Dept. building.
